Managing Director - David Eglise
Has over 20 years experience of new business development and commercial & technical
management in many sectors of industry. These include telecommunications, broadcasting,
and leading edge consumer electronics technologies. David is recognized worldwide
in the radio communications field, and has a proven track record of successful
new product innovation. His initial work in microelectronics was with the renowned
Hurst Research center. Subsequently he has held senior positions in a number
of major start-up businesses. These include BSkyB, ETEL, Datavision and Cardinal
Data. Latterly, he was a Founder Director of Card Clear plc, and a senior Director
of DSC Communications Inc. (USA).
Director - John Higgins
Previously Britain's first Professor of Biotechnology, holding the chair at
Cranfield University from 1981 to 1991. He was also Director of the Leicester
Biocentre for several years during this period. This was a pioneering joint
venture, in the field of genetic engineering, between Leicester University and
five major British companies. He is well known worldwide in the diagnostics
field, and is co-inventor of several commercially available, diagnostic products.
These include the most successful biosensor product to date the Medisense Exactech
blood glucose monitor for diabetics. Whilst at Cranfield, John developed a reputation
for innovation with industry, and in response to the Conservative government's
pressures for commercial research funding of universities, he created the limited
companies of Cranfield Biotechnology, and Euro Laboratories, as income generators.
These businesses were later merged with others to create Enviromed plc. John
then left the academic world and he became a founder director of the consolidated
public company.
Director of Marketing - Davina Steel
Marketing strategist particularly experienced in the medical sector. Her career
began as a scientist working in hospital, and research laboratories. She progressed
through diagnostic instrument development and sales, editorial and sales management,
to senior marketing positions in several diagnostic companies. She became Director
of Marketing for Enviromed's diagnostics division.

People
The development team has been working on these projects since 1996 and brings
a wealth of experience in research, development and marketing of new technology
products. Their primary skills cover sensing technology, biochemistry, microelectronics
and wireless communications, and strategic marketing and business management.
Until recently, they all held senior positions in major companies in these areas.
Cybersensors is in the process of forming an exceptional organization, including
technologists focused on exploiting opportunities in the field of biophysical
sensing for low cost and continuous, real-time monitoring products.
The management team, bring specific skills to the task of developing physical
and biophysical monitoring systems. Each member has substantial leadership skill,
as well as experience working in cooperative team settings, entrepreneurial
style governed by milestone achievement and peer review.
